At Audifort, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping and return information before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing may take longer during busy periods or if incorrect details are provided.
  • For U.S. addresses, we verify all shipping info through USPS. Please double-check your address at checkout or confirm it at www.usps.com.
  • International orders are not verified through USPS.

🚚 Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends or U.S. holidays).
  • Shipping time depends on the delivery option you select at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Note: While we do our best to ship promptly, Audifort is not responsible for carrier-related delays (e.g., USPS, UPS).

🇺🇸 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Carrier problems
    • Customs processing
    • Strikes or natural disasters

🌍 International Shipping

  • Most international orders arrive in 4–6 weeks.
  • In rare cases, delays up to 8–12 weeks may occur due to customs or local regulations.
  • Some countries may charge additional fees or taxes upon delivery.
  • Audifort is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures or border controls.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Refused Packages

  • If a package is refused upon delivery, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • We ship via UPS and other carriers, but we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking number says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact the carrier directly.
  • Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@audifort.com.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
  • If the order has already shipped:
    • You may refuse the package upon delivery and notify us
    • Or return it to us at your expense using tracking

📬 Incorrect Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address:
    • We’ll contact you to arrange a reship (shipping fee applies)
    • Or issue a refund minus shipping costs

🔁 Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Return all bottles (opened, unopened, or free bonus bottles)
  • Ship the return within 60 days of purchase
  • Include a note with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Full Name and Address
    • Email and Phone Number
    • Original packaging slip (if available)

  • Incomplete returns (missing bottles or order info) may only qualify for a partial refund
