At Audifort, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
    Email us at support@audifort.com within 90 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return the Product:
    Once you receive your RMA number, ship the product to the return address provided below. Be sure to include:
    • Your RMA number
    • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
    • The original product and all included accessories
  3. Send Tracking Information:
    Please email us the tracking number after you ship your return.
    Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must:

  • Be in good condition (not damaged or broken)
  • Include all original accessories
  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital items
  • Certain personal care or health-related products

Partial Refunds May Apply To:

  • Opened books, CDs, DVDs, or other media
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts
  • Items returned after 90 days from the purchase date

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email support@audifort.com within 90 days of receiving the product.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit after we receive the return.
  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will go to them.
